Annamarie Trombetta

122.2 | Tue 2:00 – 5:00 PM | Room F
Begins: April 21st | $375 | 10 weeks

This course is designed for all levels, painters and students, who want to learn more about Color Theory through the practice of still life painting. Each major and minor color in the color wheel will be scientifically explained and discussed. The practice of color theory will be implemented by painting a simple still life painting. For example, students will begin with the color yellow by painting a lemon , concentrating and learning the properties of the colors in the yellow family, noting if it is transparent–semi transparent or opaque, if it has a high or low tinting strength, etc. Direct perception and painting while integrating the science of color will enhance the technique of painting realistically.

See below for supplies list.

This class meets once a week for 10 weeks.

A $20 registration fee will be applied to your total.
