If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the Business directly at 718-447-8667 and include the order number. A full tuition refund (minus the registration fee) will be granted to those students withdrawing 3 full business days prior to the first class. Up to an 80% school credit for those withdrawing before the second day of class, NO EXCEPTIONS.A full tuition refund (minus the registration fee) will be granted to those withdrawing from any Camp Picasso, Camp Kandinsky, Kids’ Week, or Winter Immersion sessions, 2 weeks prior to the first day of session. By registering for one of our classes or workshops, you are consenting to our photo-release. The registrant agrees that photos of them and/or their children if it’s a youth class and their artwork may be photographed by an Art Lab employee. The individual also agrees that Art Lab has permission to use these photos for publicity and documentation by print and/or electronic means.Liability Disclaimer
The attendee understands that some courses may, in part, take place outside of Art Lab classrooms. By registering for a class, the student agrees that they assume any and all risks associated with such activities. Additionally, the student hereby waive any and all claims against Art Lab for injuries or damages to their property unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct of the Art Lab or any of its agents or employees.
