Learn how to capture the essence of painting flowers using color tones, shapes, and space. Sharpen drawing and painting skills and learn how to use warm and cool colors by studying portraits and florals. Students must have some experience painting to take this class.

This course is structured and for those who have some experience with oil painting. Students will paint what is set up by the instructor.

Supplies to start:
-One set of 48 soft pastels
-Sketch book for all purposes 18×24
-Soft black charcoal sticks
-Blending stick (tortillons)
One set of oil paints including, titanium white, cadmium red light, cadmium red yellow, ultramarine blue, alizarin crimson, yellow ochre, raw umber, raw sienna, burnt sienna, burnt umber.
